The Beach is a New Orleans based research park that changes the world through collaboration and innovation. Owned and operated by the UNO Research & Technology Foundation, the Beach provides park tenants with operating environments and a strategic partnership with the University of New Orleans.

Fresh brand, fresh identity.

When the UNO Research & Technology Park rebranded into The Beach at UNO, we were tasked with creating a visual and tonal identity that matched The Beach’s new mission and logo. The Beach wanted to emphasize their position as a forward-thinking leader in the research and technology sectors, and center their message around their commitment to technological advancement, ecological intervention, and social change.

We created a brand identity system, website messaging, and a social media strategy that highlights their fresh, innovative, and uplifting mission. With this package, we were able to help The Beach reach the right people: research & technology thought leaders, startup founders, and the New Orleans community. Now, The Beach shares their story with a consistent style and tone so their message is as strong as their values.

As part of their rebrand, The Beach launched a social media presence to get involved in the community. Their accounts highlight the groundbreaking work their tenants are doing, feature happenings on campus, and share news about the university and business landscapes to their followers. With branded graphics and a deep understanding of their voice, we built a social media presence rooted firmly in its support to the research park as a whole.
