Teach New Orleans

Teach New Orleans is an initiative of New Schools for New Orleans that pairs teachers with public charter schools located here in the city. New Orleans’ uncharacteristic decentralized school system can be a headache for educators looking for work, prompting Teach New Orleans to reimagine and streamline the process. In an effort to empower educators, Teach New Orleans lets candidates quickly and easily share their resume with all 86 of the local charter schools, enabling teachers to find the best match amongst a variety of schools.

Fueling future generations through education career resources

When our client, New Schools for New Orleans, approached us about wanting to implement their Teach New Orleans initiative, we jumped at the opportunity. In the fall of 2018, our team created a logo and started planning an all-encompassing digital resource for future and current educators. We built a customized website, including a job board integrated with relevant listings from WorkNola.com, valuable information about how to start a teaching career, the benefits of teaching and living in New Orleans, and how their work impacts our city.
