ReNEW Schools is a charter management organization serving PK-12 students at public charter schools in New Orleans. ReNEW determines the lowest-performing schools and assumes control, remodeling them into academically rigorous programs. ReNEW implements transformational changes to benefit students, including necessary staffing, culture, academic, and operational changes, to improve students’ opportunities for academic success.

Inspired by ReNEW and their mission, our design team set out to create an overarching logo for the organization that exemplified their core values. After completing ReNEW’s primary logo, we also produced logos for a number of the renovated schools, including ReNEW Accelerated High School, Dolores T. Aaron Academy, and Schaumburg Elementary. Each new logo, injected with color and personality, is a testament to how far the programs have come.
