The Finance Authority of New Orleans is a housing and development finance agency providing mortgage financing for low-to-moderate-income families and credit support for affordable rental and community development projects. Their mission is to improve the quality of life in the city of New Orleans by directly investing in the creation of affordable housing and economic development projects that produce quality jobs and wealth for residents.

Most recently, the Finance Authority of New Orleans has shifted its focus towards sustainability efforts. Through the development of sound infrastructure, support of New Orleans’ climate resilience goals and intention to physically transform the city to handle natural disasters better, FANO strives to make our beloved New Orleans more financially resilient.

Deep Fried’s relationship with the Finance Authority of New Orleans has only grown stronger throughout the years as their portfolio has expanded. Over the years we have made a great deal of collateral for FANO but we recently overhauled their look with a rebrand that properly represents our financial partner. From a dated green mark, we reconcepted who they were and how they service our community and developed a new color palette, logo and website. We complemented these with a full suite of development materials, billboards, advertisements, email marketing, social media graphics and more.
