The Jefferson Parish Economic Development Commission (JEDCO) works to attract, grow and create new business in the area, providing established businesses and start-ups with the resources they need to succeed. The contemporary JEDCO Conference Center serves as a corporate meeting space that caters to administrative needs.

Making progress in Jefferson Parish.

From brand identities to advertising campaigns, we have worked with JEDCO over the years to build its brand as a leading economic and business development organization in the region. This work began with the rebranding of not only the core organization but also their state of the art conference center as well.

SB 504 Loan Ad

One of JEDCO’s initiatives is the SBA 504 loan, which is available to any resident in Louisiana, rather than being limited to Jefferson Parish. This loan allows local business owners to finance the purchase of their building for only 10% down. Deep Fried created an ad that spoke to all Louisiana residents, with an emphasis on Orleans parish which houses New Orleans. We utilized vibrant photography and chose to highlight the loan’s best benefit: that it only requires 10% down.

Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport Ad

Our challenge was to create an ad that would communicate how well-connected Jefferson Parish businesses are to the rest of the world. Our solution was to highlight the Parish’s intermodal connectivity by air, rail, river and road. Since this would be displayed in a prominent spot in New Orleans’ airport, we created an ad that is both eye-catching and informative.

Innovation Print Ad Series

We designed a series of print ads to highlight thriving industries within Jefferson Parish. We needed to present these industries in a well-established light, showcasing the infrastructure for new companies to succeed. For these reasons, we chose to use a detailed map of Jefferson Parish as a backdrop to the ads, and to place them in print publications with high business leader readership across Louisiana.
