The 731 St. Charles condominiums are an upcoming luxury real estate development located at one of the best addresses in the city. Formerly the site of the Washington Artillery Hall, 731 St. Charles has been host to historic Mardi Gras balls and is now being completely transformed from a masonry and steel office building into 67 luxury apartments.

731 St. Charles came to Deep Fried to develop their image and voice, and to share it with potential buyers local and afar. We started by creating a brand identity that simply and elegantly depicts the grandeur of New Orleans’ most coveted new residences, then translated that look across signage, sales collateral, online marketing, direct mail, social media and a responsive website with messaging to entice potential buyers.
We pushed this messaging to consumers to pre-purchase units during the construction phase; after conducting in-depth research and compiling exhaustive audiences, we used targeted billboards paired with support from digital display campaigns and Google Ads search campaigns. The digital display campaign delivered approximately 1.5 million impressions, averaging a .17% click-through rate compared to an industry average of .05%, generating an additional ~250,000 users to their site.
