Max J. Derbes is a New Orleans-based commercial real estate firm that opened in 1934. They came to us in 2013 seeking a brand refresh to establish their brand as more than industrial real estate. This started with cleaning up their logo to make it feel more current and developing consistency throughout the Max J. Derbes brand. In addition to the logo revamp, we created a branding suite of advertising, direct mail outs, newsletters, property fliers, etc. to showcase their expertise in the commercial real estate industry. 

We built a responsive website for them as an online resource to connect users to LACDB, serve up listings, and teach users about the brokerage and their services. The site is a space where the firm can show off what they do, explain their commercial and industrial specialization, and highlight their reputation as reliable brokers, who are embedded in local / regional commercial real estate.
